Assistance and Insurance Coverage for work-related travel in the Rest of the world

The purpose of this call for tenders is to award two single framework contracts (one per lot) for the provision of comprehensive health, medical and travel assistance services, as well as complementary insurance policy covering risks associated with work-related travels undertaken by the beneficiaries, as defined in the Technical specifications – Lot 1 and Lot 2. The division in lots is based on a division per geographical areas of the services to be provided. The present lot (i.e. Lot 2) covers the entire globe except the 'West Europe' area as defined in the tender documents.

provided they are in conformity with the basic project, new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works, may be entrusted up to 50 % of the initial contract to the initial contractor by negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
