Event Management Services in Türkiye

The Office expects to organise an average of 400 events in Türkiye and 20 study visits abroad between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2029. Most of the events in Türkiye will concentrate in the cities of Ankara, Antalya, Istanbul and Izmir, and target 40 pilot provinces across the country. These events consist of public events or technical meetings (e.g. seminars, round tables, trainings, pilot visits), involving participants at a range varying from 10 to 250 depending on the purpose and scope of the activity and project.
The required services will include provision of event venue and related materials/facilities, accommodation, meeting package, catering, visibility materials, domestic/international travel and transport services. It will also involve the above-mentioned services required for the study visits abroad.
