Outsourced services for HR Contracting and Payroll Management in Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Federal Iraq for the whole Expertise France Office in the country

The tender covers the award of a service contract covering "comprehensive HR and payroll outsourcing services for Expertise France staff in Iraq and Kurdistan Region. Services include:
• Local Employment Contracts – Drafting, signing, and managing contracts in compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws; handling work permits and residency for non-Iraqi staff; ensuring smooth transition from any previous HR provider; maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Payroll and Contract Management – Timely salary payment, payslip issuance, social and tax contributions, leave management, end-of-contract settlements, and updates in line with legal or regulatory changes.
• Pre-Litigation Advice – Legal and HR advisory, dispute management, harmonization of regulations between Iraq and KRI, and support for audits.
• Optional Health Insurance – Provision of basic health coverage for employees and first-degree family members, with flexibility to change providers upon request.
