Technical Assistance in order to Strengthening the Cocoa sector in Costa Rica, in productive processes, partnerships and market access

The tender covers the award of a service contract, covering technical assistance to contribute to the development of the cocoa sector in Costa Rica, strengthening production, organization and better access to markets.

To achieve this general objective it is necessary to consolidate two existing sectorial platforms in Caribbean and Northern Huetar regions and to create a coordination platform in the Brunca region, addressing participatory processes to strengthen technical and organizational capacities of strategic stakeholders, in primary production, processing, post-harvest management, marketing, and access to European markets.
